When SHTF

It's been awhile. Changes. Indeed they come expected and unexpected and suddenly. Those unexpected ones are those that can throw the human spirit into sometimes a tail spin. Even though we might know they may happen, but when it does, wow what a spin. My suggestion is to hold onto that inner source, that inner God, that inner balance of love and compassion that resides in each of us. Those are the mentors and guidance that is needed to get you through those changes. I've been through many and each time they don't seem to get easier. Each hold a different uniqueness and quality. An underlining element of purpose. At the moment, it may not seem apparent or has it been revealed. I can say, just go into the flow, relax, and know that Spirit is there every step of the way. The Spirit that resides in your own understanding and beliefs. There is no other way to convey to you my friend that it is absolutely true when we hear those daunting words, "Everything happens for a reason." Just know that we are humans living in a physical world that is naturally trying to always connect and sync our being to the Spiritual. When we understand this conflict of the two worlds we have the tools to balance ourselves to adjust life issues to co-harmonize on our daily journeys. That my dear one is where these unsettling changes has been a blessing for me. Just knowing that we can live in both and that each has a place. More so that the Spiritual tools we gather for ourselves builds our base in life and that base is our foundation in what we do and are about. I hope you have found this short writing of help.
