Riches And Opportunities

Good afternoon on this beautiful and refreshing Sunday. As I have emerged into this day and greatness has unfolded, I realize that the Universe truly holds many riches and vast amounts of opportunities to learn from.

We as a human species on this great big living planet we do live in unprecedented times during which the secret or esoteric teachings of the vast amounts of traditions are available to us via the push of a button on our computers or picking up an old standby, a paperback book. I can surely see the dangers as well as opportunities in this easy available resources of detailed spiritual practices. On the dangerous side, we can become dilettantes, digging and digging many wells so to say without hitting any water. Then on the other hand, it is a blessing to taste and try a variety of practices that may enable us to get a sense of what may attract us the most of one or more of them. In so doing, we then may find what best fits our lifestyle, culture and inner beliefs. Even if it may not fit fully, but have a strong connection to the philosophy or idea imposed, our God/Spirit guidance within will find a way to mold to the best way possible. Then your inner self will know if it is truly a match.

In the past we may even have focused on or tasted and tried a variety of the more specialized and esoteric approaches the the Divine Union. As I have said, if any of these attracted you my friend, how might you further pursue that attraction in a deeper understanding? And, if you already have a spiritual tradition, are you truly comfortable with your level of connection, understanding and involvement? One thing to ask yourself, are there any groups, temples, masques, synagogues, churches, ashrams in your area that you might consider finding a spiritual connection or community with?

So as I leave you with these thoughts in this post. Passionately say thanks to all of life. Know that there is indeed no greater gift given. All is ours, all is yours by Divine Right. Embrace this day!
