Prayer/Meditation Is A Sleep-aid

Do you wake up on mornings complaining about some personal challenges and or work related stress that may in fact cause you those sleepless nights? Now let me try my best to put your situations in a more positive light. It may very well be possible that you do not request prayer/meditation, as you may be just a little skeptical about such matters. Or may even simply not know how. But, let me tell you this now with declaration and certainty, “You will sleep tonight.” Be reminded once again that both the great power and the utter simplicity of prayer is indeed a fantastic and natural sleep aid and stress reliever. If you don’t know how, then just quiet your mind the best you can and speak to the Divine as you would a friend. Don’t ask for anything, but just give thanks and express your gratitude to the things in your day. If there were not such good things in your day, then in this case, simply ask that you be revealed a solution or reason you may not even realize. Then let it go. Don’t dwell on it or ask any further. Know it is handled and that you are loved. There is no right way or wrong way, as the process will be perfect. Then you will know in time your natural ability to prayer or meditation. My friend, to pray effectively, remember that there is no need to beseech or implore God/Spirit to act on your behalf. You only need to know the truth about the situations at hand. The Divine does not require convincing! As I am trying to say, a simple declaration from the heart and in faith is really all that is necessary. Have a peaceful day!
