As we embark on this beautiful and blessed day we are sometimes reminded and somehow triggered by that sense of depression or moments that take us to a place that generates our moods that aren't the best of us.
Why you may ask that this happens? Only you and you alone knows this question. How we deal with it is the key to overcoming those feelings that take us there.
You see, I believe that part of behaving in accordance with the God/Spirit within is to show mercy in times like these, not only to others, but mostly to our own being. It is true that no one benefits from feeling the pressure to be that all perfect person all the time. Yes, we are perfect in the eyes and the love of Spirit, but our human side of us tends to always see us as imperfect at times when we just need to know there is no reason to strive to be more perfect. We already are. Therefore if we are, then the pressure to be is lifted and is in no need.
I also am not saying to keep advancing or learning to do great things, as this is necessary in our growth physically and mentally. But being perfect is the topic in this writing.
My dear friend, allow for the down days, welcome these days and know they are a reminder and blessing to our unique and perfect self. These moments are indeed an important part of the process. The process that is always unfolding in this journey of life.
Peace and Joy!
