Lessening Judgments

I believe we all have found ourselves in moments of being judgmental. I know I have and that is because we step out of sync with the Divine and give into our human moments so to speak. This is one of the gifts of Spirit called free will and also a learning experience to evolve our being closer to the creator, that is if we recognize it and bless our actions.
Sometimes as for myself, the human part of us may be angry or hurt and find a multitude of ways of hurting another by our actions towards them, saying things as judging. Even those times we may not really knowing we are doing such actions until it is too late. The damage is done and riffs and tears in relationships are made visible.
In these moments the greatest level of a Spiritual being that you and I are first and foremost is to be able to look at another and offer love instead of judgment. Like I said before everyone of us has judgment, but when we treat others with the respect and love as we expect for ourselves, we then can transform these judgments into mercy. Moreover, as we diminish the judgments of others, we then find the judgments towards our own being lessened.
What I inspire for you to take in today's message is to take just a few moments to feel the energy and vibration of the person or people next to you and treat him, her or them as you yourself would like to be treated. Bless them and just know that they are only on the path that is right for them and it is not your own. They need to do what they need to do to grow, learn and experience as we do for ourselves in what we do. So as you give this some practice, know that you are practicing compassion, love and contributing to the peace and blessings in the world.
"With this, I also ask for forgiveness and love towards anyone I have hurt or angered. I was out of alignment with my Divine and now I bless and love you with a heart that is full and grateful.
Thank you. Peace and Joy always."
