Ego Based Guides, Teachers, Leaders

When one is seeking inspiration, a connection with self and the Spirit within, through whatever means they are called to do so, whether it is through a traditional ceremony like a church service or nontraditional ceremony like being held in nature or a home with the elements abound. I believe when those holding such ceremonies are called to lead and guide those with troubled hearts, stops or refuses to let someone participate, then are they holding ceremonies for their own ego and gain, rather than being of service and guidance to a wayward soul? Even a friend or foe? Some institutions do just that, making that leader or teacher no better than a charlatan or ego based guide. These leaders hearts I am sure has so much love and potential to be a conduit for that persons healing, but somehow that heart is closed and only thinking of their own feelings and emotions for the reasons not being open to a particular soul to attend. These teachers, guides or leaders then should seriously think deeply their true intention and remove themselves from such roles until they create events like ceremonies that are unbiased and based on love, healing and compassion for all. When this is done, then these teachers will be sought out and held highly in the community, people will talk and comment on such compassion and authentic actions from the heart. These leaders, guides and teachers will then accomplish a role within their own being that they will find a reward priceless and a whole new meaning to themselves as not being self-serving, but all-serving. Is this not the true meaning for these teachers and guides? If you my friend find yourself as I have in such a situation, then I encourage for you to confront those that you may find this very situation with love and compassion yourself. I love you all and with my grateful heart find your own ceremony within, or elsewhere if you just can’t find a way to be a part of a particular event. Know you too can be that one teacher that makes a difference, you are powerful and you are love.
